Police verification desk
For a verification desk where passport applicants, landlords with tenant forms and new hires with job letters all wait for the same two officers. An example of how such a desk could call people in order; Line Me Up does no verification, it only gives tokens and shows the wait.

Tips
-
Book passport applicants a time.
Passport verification takes bookings for today and the next six days as well as walk-ins. Booked applicants are reminded in the app's inbox the evening before and an hour before, and press I am here on their phone when they arrive.
How it works → -
Share tenant forms between both desks.
Both verification desks call from Tenant verification as well as their own line. Calls from on the Live Board sets how each desk shares its calls between them.
How it works → -
Say when an officer has stepped away.
Pause a desk with a reason such as Away and a return time. The board shows when it is back, and people waiting see the delay in their estimate rather than a reason.
How it works → -
Line Me Up only orders the room.
It gives tokens, calls people to a desk and shows the wait. The verification itself, and any record of it, stays with the officers.
