What the four steps ask.

You can leave halfway and come back. Setup works out where you got to from what you created, so closing the tab does not put you back at the start. Every step, with the exact buttons, is in the guide.

  1. Tell us what kind of place

    Clinic, salon, car care, café or something else. Picking one pre-fills your lines and your people, so you are correcting a draft rather than describing your place from nothing.

  2. Check the lines

    Names and times are filled in for your trade. Change them, delete them, add your own. Each line can take walk-ins, bookings or both.

  3. Add the people who serve

    A person or a counter. Anyone with an email gets a login with a temporary password you hand them; a counter is a shared desk with no email that anyone can pick at the start of a shift.

  4. You're live

    Your desk can add people and call tokens straight away. Your QR poster is in Settings as an A5 PDF, ready for the day patients can join from it on their own phones.

Then three taps a visit.

  1. Waiting. GC 014 is next in General Consultation. Anjali's phone shows nobody ahead.
  2. Call Next. The board turns amber, the TV calls GC 014 to Room 1, and Anjali's phone says it is their turn.
  3. They're here. Serving: green on the board, and the phone says they are being seen.
  4. Complete. Done. GC 015 moves to the top, and every phone behind it counts one fewer.

Five desks, one visit.

The doctor sends them on with one button, and the review is held for the same doctor. Each step is sent on, not added again, so the whole path counts as one visit on your bill, and the patient follows every step on the same page.

What you need on day one.

  • A phone or tablet at the desk, in the browser. Nothing to install from an app store, for you or your patients.
  • A printer for the token slips, and for the A5 poster.
  • Optional: a TV or streaming stick with a modern browser for a Now calling screen.

The parts nobody demos.

What if the internet drops at the desk?

If the connection drops for a moment, the board keeps what you pressed. They're here, Complete and No-show are held on the device and go through when the connection is back, as long as nobody reloads the page. Call Next waits for the connection, so nobody is called twice.

What if somebody doesn't turn up?

Mark them as a no-show, or it happens on its own when the grace time you set runs out. If they walk in later that day, they can be put back in the queue.

What if they are called and do not hear it?

Call again calls the same token once more, on their page and on the TV, without moving anyone.

What if two staff press Call Next together?

Each of them gets a different person. The queue decides, not the timing of two thumbs.

What if a doctor has to step away?

Take a break with a reason and a time back: everyone waiting sees “In theatre · back ~12:30” instead of a line that just stops.
