How it works
Five minutes to set up. One button to run.
What the wizard asks, what a normal morning looks like, and what your customer sees on their phone — before you hand over an email address.
-
Make a queue
Four questions in a wizard. The answers are pre-filled for your trade.
-
Put the poster up
It ends with a QR poster. Print it and stick it on the counter.
-
Press Call next
That is the whole daily job. The queue moves and everyone waiting sees it.
Setting up
Four questions, and a poster at the end.
- 1
Tell us what kind of business
Clinic, salon, car care or something else. Picking one pre-fills your queues and your people with plausible rows, so you are correcting a draft rather than describing your business from nothing.
- 2
Check the queues
Names and service times, already filled in. Change them, delete them, add your own — an owner who types everything themselves gets exactly the same result as one who accepts the defaults.
- 3
Add the people who serve
A person or a counter. Anyone with an email gets a login; a counter with no email is a station anybody can claim at the start of a shift.
- 4
Print the poster
The wizard ends with a QR poster. Print it, put it on the wall, and you are running. That is the whole install step for your customers.
You can leave halfway and come back. The wizard works out where you got to from what you actually created, not from a bookmark — so closing the tab does not put you back at the start.
Two screens
The counter sees a board. The customer sees a place.
The same queue, from both sides. Your board is the only thing your staff has to learn, and the customer page needs no explanation at all.

A normal Tuesday
The loop, from both sides.

Your customer
Scans and takes a place
They give a phone number so the place is provably theirs. No app, no password, nothing to download. It works from a forwarded WhatsApp message.
-
You
Press Call next
One tap. The next person is called and their phone shows it — nobody shouts a name across a waiting room. If two of you press at once, the queue still hands out each person exactly once.
-
You
Serve, then Complete
The queue moves on by itself and everyone behind sees their place change. Undo is a toast, not a dialog — the Work app has no modals at all, because a doctor mid-consult must never be blocked by one.
When things are not normal
The parts nobody demos.
- The connection drops
- The board keeps working. That is a designed property with tests behind it, not a hope — the product must stay fully usable when live updates cannot get through.
- Somebody does not turn up
- Mark them as a no-show, or let the sweep do it. They can be put back in the queue if they walk in later.
- Somebody has no smartphone
- Staff add them from the board in one tap. One queue either way.
- Two staff press Call next at once
- Each of them gets a different person. The queue decides, not the timing of two thumbs.
