The day

Hours, the TV and the poster

  • Opening hours

Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm; Sunday closed.

Add public holidays as closed days. If the counter stays open on the last day of the due period, give that date its own longer hours.

  • TV display

The token being called and the counter to go to.

Above the counters, facing the line of benches.

  • QR poster

On the outer wall near the gate, where the crowd gathers on the last days.

Tips

  • Let Cash 3 help where it is needed.

Cash 3 calls from both lines. On the last days before the due date, use Calls from on the Live Board to give Bill payment the bigger share, and even it out again afterwards.

    How it works →
  • Mind the last three days.

The Live Board warns when no desk on shift covers a line, with a one-tap fix, so you notice before the crowd does.

    How it works →
  • Give the due date longer hours.

A single date can keep special hours and it beats the weekday. Set the last due date to stay open an hour later.

    How it works →
  • Look at the month afterwards.

Insights' Waits page shows the average wait by the hour people joined over the last 30 days, so you can see how many counters the last week really needs.
