Get found
People already searching for somewhere to go.
A customer who has used LineUp once at your neighbour's clinic can search it for yours. Listing puts you in front of them — by category, by city, and by whether your queue is actually moving right now.
What a customer sees
Your name, your category, your queue right now.
Not a review score and not an advert. A listing shows what somebody deciding where to go this afternoon actually needs.
- Your business name and category — clinic, salon, car care.
- Your city, so the filter can narrow to it.
- Whether you are open, and how the queue looks — a live count rather than a claim.
- A way in. One tap to your business page, where they take a place the same way they would from your poster.
Opt in, not opt out
Off by default, and it stays off until you say so.
You are not listed the moment you sign up. It is a switch on your settings screen, and it can be turned back off the same afternoon.
That is deliberate. A directory everybody was enrolled into automatically would be longer and worth considerably less — full of businesses that never meant to be there and do not keep their queue running. A short list of businesses that chose to be on it is the one worth searching.

Being worth finding
The listing is not the work.
- Keep the queue running
- A listing shows a live count. A business whose board nobody has opened today looks exactly like what it is.
- Set your city
- The city filter is built from what businesses have actually told us. No city, no filter — you will only be found by search and category.
- Name it the way people say it
- Search matches on your business name, so match how somebody would actually type it.
Be findable by the time they are looking.
