The day

Hours, the TV and the poster

  • Opening hours

Monday to Friday, 10 am to 5 pm; Saturday and Sunday closed.

Add public holidays and local election days as closed days. A customer who opens the page that day sees the office is closed.

  • TV display

The token being called and the window to go to.

On the wall facing the benches in the main hall.

  • QR poster

On the entrance gate and at the help clerk's table.

Tips

  • Put the senior citizen first.

Give the help clerk the Front desk ability to mark someone as priority, and the Above everyone ability for the rare case that cannot wait at all. Above everyone takes one tap, and the desks get a banner and a short chime.

    How it works →
  • Use one line per kind of work.

People choose Certificates, Property tax or Trade licence on their phone or from the help clerk, so they reach the right window the first time.

    How it works →
  • Name the languages people read.

The customer app can be used in eight languages, so a citizen can read their token page in their own. The wording of lines you name stays as you typed it.

    How it works →
  • Close on the day of a local holiday.

A date can close or keep special hours and it beats the weekday. Trade licence bookings that fall on it are listed for you to cancel or keep.
