Add public holidays and branch audit days as closed days. Anyone who booked advice on those days is listed so you can cancel or keep each booking.

  • TV display

The token being called and the room or counter to go to.

In the lobby, visible from the sofa and from the door.

  • QR poster

Tips

  • Book the conversation, not the payment.

Advice takes bookings so a client reserves a time with an advisor. Premium payments stay on a walk-in line that moves fast.

    How it works →
  • Do not promise a text message.

A booked customer sees a reminder in the app's inbox. Tell them to keep their page, because reminders are not sent by text message.

    How it works →
  • Mark an advisor's days away.

Record an advisor's leave on their profile and the available booking times shrink to the people who are in.
