What a customer pays
Nothing. Your customers never pay to join or to book.
Joining a queue, booking a time and the app itself are free for your customers. Line Me Up bills your business and nobody else. Whatever you charge for your own service is between you and them, and we are not part of it.

The honest answers
What owners ask about the money.
- So my customers pay to stand in my queue?
- No. Customers never pay Line Me Up anything. Joining a queue, booking a time and following their place are free for them. Your plan is the only charge.
- What counts as a visit?
- Every customer who gets a place: a walk-in who joins from your QR code or link, someone your desk adds, or a booked time slot. One visit per customer per place taken.
- What happens when I use up my visits?
- Free includes 300 visits a month, about ten a day, and has no pay-as-you-go. The paid plans carry on past their allowance at their own rate: Basic ₹1, Standard ₹0.75, Pro ₹0.60, Premium ₹0.40 a visit (₹1.18, ₹0.89, ₹0.71, ₹0.47 with GST). Allowances start again each month.
- What does billed yearly mean?
- You pay for the year in advance, and it works out at the monthly price on the card — two months free against paying month to month. Your visits still start again every month, and visits past the allowance are billed for the month they happen in.
- Can I try a paid plan first?
- Yes. Basic, Standard and Pro can each be tried free for 14 days, and Premium for 30. No card. Start on Free, then tell us which plan you want to try and we switch it on. When the trial ends you choose the plan to stay on, or carry on with Free.
- Do unused visits carry over?
- No. Each month starts again with your plan's allowance.
