  • Lab manager Manager

Watches the Live Board during the morning rush, checks in a booked scan patient who has not pressed I am here, and changes which lines a desk calls from when one backs up.

  • Phlebotomist × 2 Staff

Collects samples at the two Collection desks.

  • Radiographer Staff

Runs the Scan room and calls the booked patient once they are checked in.

  • ECG technician Staff

Runs the ECG room and the treadmill test.

  • Front desk Staff

Adds patients without a phone, hands out slips and gives out reports.

    Ticked: Front desk

Visits with several steps

  • Sample, then ECG

When the sample for a full body checkup is taken, the patient goes straight on to the ECG line, without waiting at the front desk again.

    For Full body checkup

    1. The service itself
    2. Go to ECG on ECG and BP

The day

Hours, the TV and the poster

  • Opening hours

Monday to Saturday, 6:30 am to 7 pm; Sunday, 7 am to 12 noon.

Close the lab on public holidays and the days the scan machine is serviced. People who booked a scan on those days are listed so you can cancel or keep each one.

  • TV display

The token being called and the desk to go to.

Above the reception counter, facing the benches where fasting patients sit.

  • QR poster

On the shutter and at the door, so patients outside at 6:30, when the hours begin, can take a place before a crowd forms at the counter.

Tips

  • Let the early rush take places from outside.

From opening time the QR poster on the shutter lets people join the Sample collection line from the pavement. Before the hours begin, phones cannot join, so set the opening time to when you start taking people.

    How it works →
  • Book scans, keep samples walk-in.

Scans take 8 to 20 minutes, so they are booked. Samples take 4, so a walk-in line is enough. A booked patient presses I am here on arrival, or the front desk, with the Front desk ability, checks them in.

    How it works →
  • Send the checkup on to the ECG.

A full body checkup has a process: when the phlebotomist completes the sample, the patient gets a place in the ECG line at once.

    How it works →
  • Use the visits log for missed reports.

Visits lists who came and at what time, and exports to CSV, so you can check when a sample was received.
