The day

Hours, the TV and the poster

  • Opening hours

Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 8 pm; Sunday, 10 am to 2 pm.

Close the days the vet is away at a surgery camp. Owners who booked vaccinations or grooming on those days are listed so you can cancel or keep each one.

  • TV display

The token being called and the room to go to.

In the waiting room, away from the door where animals wait.

  • QR poster

On the clinic door and at the car park, so owners can take a place and wait outside with a nervous animal.

Tips

  • Let owners wait outside with the animal.

An owner scans the poster and sees their page on a phone. A barking dog can wait in the car until the turn is near.

    How it works →
  • Put the emergency first.

Give the clinic assistant the Urgent ability. A poisoned dog or a road accident goes above the line in one tap.

    How it works →
  • Book what is predictable.

Vaccination and grooming take a known time, so they are bookings and the walk-in line stays for sick animals. The pet's owner presses I am here on arrival, or the clinic assistant, with the Front desk ability, checks them in.

    How it works →
  • Close a day for surgery.

Mark a surgery day as closed. Owners with bookings that day are listed so you can cancel or keep each one, and phones cannot join that day.
