The day
Hours, the TV and the poster

Close the days the centre is shut for a festival or a team workshop. People who booked those days are listed so you can cancel or keep each one.
-

-
QR poster

Tips
-
Book sessions seven days ahead.
A booked session holds the physiotherapist's time. People can book up to seven days ahead; they cancel and rebook to change. On arrival the patient presses I am here, or the receptionist, with the Front desk ability, checks them in on the Waitlist, and can book a caller a time too.
How it works → -
Keep the assessment on its own line.
A new patient's first visit is longer, so it has its own line and its own time, apart from regular therapy.
How it works → -
Share a therapist between two lines.
Therapy room 1 calls from both Therapy session and Assessment, so a free hour goes to whoever is waiting.
How it works → -
To let patients pick their therapist, give each therapist a line.
Therapy session gives the patient whichever therapist is free. If patients should choose, make a line per therapist, such as Sessions with Dr Rao, served only by that therapist's room, so a booking on it can only go to them. Each therapist then has a line of their own, so three therapists take three lines instead of one, and a free therapist does not take another's patients.
How it works → -
Mark a therapist's days away.
Enter leave on their profile. That day takes fewer bookings, counting only the people who are in, and bookings it no longer fits are listed for you.
