The day

Hours, the TV and the poster

  • Opening hours

Every day, 8 am to 10 pm.

Close the days the shop is shut for a festival. Customers cannot take a place from their phones that day, and your note says why.

  • TV display

The token being called and the counter to go to.

Above the counter, facing the door, so customers can read it from the shop floor.

  • QR poster

On the shop door and the counter glass, so customers can take a place before they step in.

Tips

  • Keep the quick ones at Counter 2.

Limit Counter 2 to over-the-counter requests and refills, and it is only sent people it can serve while the pharmacist packs prescriptions at Counter 1.

    How it works →
  • Add a customer who has no phone.

The pharmacist adds an older customer at the counter and hands over a QR slip with their number, so they can sit down.

    How it works →
  • Put a medical emergency first.

The pharmacist marks priority on a customer with an urgent prescription, and they are called ahead of everyone without priority.

    How it works →
  • Close early on a festival evening.

Give the day special hours that end earlier. From the new closing time phones can no longer take a place.
