The day
Hours, the TV and the poster
-
Opening hours
Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 5 pm; Sunday, 8 am to 12 noon.
Close operation theatre days for counselling and add the hospital's festival holidays a month ahead. People who booked those days are listed so you can cancel or keep each one.
-
TV display × 2
The token being called and the room to go to, for every line.
In the main hall and in front of the vision check rooms.
-
QR poster
At the entrance and the registration counter, so a patient can take a place before they reach the desk.
Tips
-
Send the new patient through the path once.
A process takes a new patient from the eye test to the drops and on to the doctor. Each place in the next line is made only when the step before it is complete.
How it works → -
Let the doctor choose what comes next.
After the examination, "Choose one" sends the patient to the optical shop, counselling or home with one tap at the desk.
How it works → -
Put the elderly ahead with priority.
Give receptionists the Front desk ability and they can tick priority as they add a frail or very elderly patient. Keep Emergency for a patient who must be seen now.
How it works → -
Set a TV in each hall.
Two screens show the token and the room, so people in the main hall and outside the vision check rooms both see their turn.
How it works → -
Watch the doctor's line on the Live Board.
The manager sees which line is backing up and who is serving each one, before the waiting room says so.
