The day

Hours, the TV and the poster

  • Opening hours

Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm; Sunday closed.

Close the days the vaccine stock has not arrived or the centre is shut for a holiday. People with bookings on those days are listed so you can cancel or keep each one.

  • TV display × 2

The token being called and the room to go to.

In the waiting hall, and a second screen at the observation bay.

  • QR poster

At the gate and the registration desk, so people can take a place from the pavement.

Tips

  • Follow the path the whole visit.

A process takes each person from screening to the shot to observation to the certificate without the registration clerk sending them along.

    How it works →
  • Put a nursing mother or a child ahead.

With the Front desk ability the registration clerks tick priority as they add someone, and that person is called ahead of everyone without priority. If someone is missed, they can move them up or down on the Waitlist afterwards.

    How it works →
  • Run a screening desk when it backs up.

The supervisor uses Run desk on the Live Board so a second screening desk calls people while a clerk is on a break.

    How it works →
  • Open a second TV at the observation bay.

A screen at the bay shows the tokens the observation nurse calls, so nobody shouts names across the hall.
