The day
Hours, the TV and the poster
-
Opening hours
Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 8 pm; Sunday, 9 am to 1 pm.
Add public holidays and the doctor's conference days as closed days a month ahead. Patients who booked on those days are listed so you can cancel or keep each one.
-
TV display
The token being called and the room to go to, for every line.
On the waiting-room wall, facing the chairs, where patients at the back can read it.
-
QR poster
At the entrance and on the reception counter, so a patient can scan it and take a place before they reach the desk.
Tips
-
Use Emergency for the patient who cannot wait.
Give your receptionists the Urgent ability. They can put a patient above everyone in one tap, and the desks see a banner and hear a short chime.
How it works → -
Going on rounds? Take a break with a reason.
Pause Room 1 with "Rounds" and a return time. The team sees "On rounds · back ~12:30", and waiting patients' estimates allow for the break instead of a line that seems to have stopped.
How it works → -
Call again before marking a no-show.
Call again shows the token once more on the TV and the patient's page, without moving anyone else.
How it works → -
Record leave before the day comes.
Put the visiting specialist's days away on their profile. The board shows them on leave and bookings are trimmed to who is in.
How it works → -
Look at busy times after a month.
Insights shows which hours fill up. Move the specialist's days or open Room 2 earlier where the wait is longest.
