The day

Hours, the TV and the poster

  • Opening hours

Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 7:30 pm; Sunday closed.

Add the days the alignment rack is calibrated by the supplier as special days with a note, and public holidays as closed days. Bookings on those days are listed so you can cancel or keep them.

  • TV display

The token being called and the bay or rack to drive to.

On the front wall of the customer seating, visible from the forecourt through the glass.

  • QR poster

On the pillar at the forecourt entrance and on the counter, so a driver can scan it before they step out of the car.

Tips

  • Let alignment be booked.

Alignment takes a fixed time on one rack, so it suits booking. Walk-in tyre jobs stay on a line of their own. A booked driver presses I am here on arrival, or the counter assistant, with the Front desk ability, checks them in on the Waitlist, and Call Next skips a booking nobody has checked in.

    How it works →
  • Use a process for tyres then alignment.

The fitter chooses Align as well when completing the fitting. The car gets a place in the Alignment line and the customer's page shows the next step.

    How it works →
  • Share a bay between two lines.

Fitting bay 2 calls from Tyre fitting and Alignment, so a bay that finishes early is not left idle while the other line has cars waiting.

    How it works →
  • Check which weekday is slow.

Insights shows visits by weekday. If Tuesdays are slow, tell your regulars and steer alignment bookings there.
