  • Gate attendant Staff

Adds a car at the gate for drivers who do not want to scan, and hands over a slip.

The day

Hours, the TV and the poster

  • Opening hours

Every day, 7 am to 7 pm.

Add the days the water supply is cut or the pressure pumps are being serviced as closed days. The page drivers see says the place is closed instead of showing a line that will not move.

  • TV display

The token being called and the bay to drive to.

On the wall of the office by the gate, facing the cars that are waiting on the road.

  • QR poster

On the gate and on a stand at the entrance, so a driver can scan it from the car window and take a place before they park.

Tips

  • Put the QR where the driver stops.

A poster on the gate pillar is scanned from the driver's seat. They get a token and their own page, and can sit in the car or at the tea stall nearby.

    How it works →
  • Add a car at the gate for the driver without data.

The gate attendant adds the car, with a name or phone number if the driver gives one, and hands over a slip with a QR. The driver can still watch the page, or just listen for the token on the TV.

    How it works →
  • Use a break for the hose that burst.

Pause the bay with the reason "Other" and a return time. The team sees when the bay is back, and waiting drivers' estimates allow for it instead of a bay that has silently stopped.

    How it works →
  • Let the rain close you.

On a monsoon morning add a special day with shorter hours, or close the day. It takes a minute, and drivers who open the page see it before they set out.
