Emission (PUC) testing centre

For a PUC testing centre at a fuel station, where a few minutes a vehicle still becomes a long line on the first of the month.

1 line · 2 desks · Car wash or garage picked in setup

The day

Hours, the TV and the poster

  • Opening hours

Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 8 pm; Sunday, 8 am to 1 pm.

Add the day the testing machine is calibrated, and public holidays, as closed days. The page then says the centre is closed instead of letting a driver wait in the sun.

  • TV display

The token being called and the booth to drive to.

On a pole at the booth, facing the vehicles that are waiting beside the pumps.

  • QR poster

On the fuel station's entrance board and on the booth, so a driver can scan it from the saddle or the seat.

Tips

  • Give each vehicle type its own minutes.

A petrol bike takes four minutes and a diesel car eight. Set them on the menu and the page's wait range follows the mix.

    How it works →
  • A short list is all it takes.

One line, two booths and a poster. A centre this size is the guided setup's four steps and nothing more.

    How it works →
  • Pause a booth while the analyser warms up.

Take a break with the reason Other and a return time. The team sees when the booth is back, and waiting drivers' estimates allow for it.
