The day

Hours, the TV and the poster

  • Opening hours

Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 6 pm; Sunday closed.

Add the days the diagnostic tools are updated by the manufacturer as special days or closed days. Customers who booked are listed so you can cancel or keep each one.

  • TV display

The token being called and the bay it goes to, for every line.

In the customer lounge beside the charging bays, where customers watch their vehicle plugged in.

  • QR poster

At the charging bays and on the reception counter, so a customer can book or join without walking into the workshop.

Tips

  • Book the long jobs, take the quick ones as they come.

Repair bay and Battery lab take bookings. A booked customer presses I am here on arrival, or the service manager checks them in. A fault scan or a charger test joins Diagnostics as a walk-in and is called when a technician is free.

    How it works →
  • Use Choose one for the diagnosis.

The desk picks All fine, Needs repair or Needs battery lab when the check is done. The customer's page shows the next step.

    How it works →
  • Put a technician on leave before the day.

Enter their days away on their profile. Booking capacity counts the people who are in.

    How it works →
  • Pause the bench for the long test.

A battery cycle test cannot be hurried. Pause the Battery lab bench with the reason "Other" and a return time, so the team sees when it is back and waiting customers' estimates allow for it.
