The day
Hours, the TV and the poster
-
Opening hours
Monday to Friday, 12 noon to 9 pm; Saturday and Sunday, 10 am to 10 pm.
Give school holidays and festival days longer hours as special hours, and close for the day the nets and springs are inspected.
-
TV display
The token being called and the gate or party room to go to.
Above the arena gates, facing the benches where families wait.
-
QR poster
At the entrance and at the café, so a parent takes a place for the family and waits with a coffee instead of at the gate.
Tips
-
Entry is first come, first served.
A booked time holds one person for each desk on the line, so bookings suit the party rooms and not a crowd of jumpers. Families take a place at the gate, and the gate calls them in when the arena has room.
How it works → -
One place for the whole family.
A parent takes one place and picks the session. Gate staff call the family, band their wrists and complete the visit as they go in: the gate decides who goes next, and the wristband says when the session ends. A session's minutes here are the minutes at the gate, so the wait a family is told is right.
How it works → -
Add a family without a phone at the gate.
Gate staff with Front desk add the family and hand over a slip with a QR, which they scan to follow their place, or they watch the TV. The same ability lets them check in a party booking when the duty manager is busy.
How it works → -
Book a birthday party in the parent's name.
A party is one booking, in the parent's name, for today or the next six days. Two party rooms take two parties at the same time. The parent presses I am here on arrival, or the duty manager checks them in.
How it works → -
Watch the line on the Live Board.
On a holiday the board shows how many are waiting for the arena. Have the second gate started before the benches fill.
