The day

Hours, the TV and the poster

  • Opening hours

Every day, 11 am to 11 pm.

Close for the lane machines' service day, and give festival nights later hours as special hours for that date.

  • TV display

The token being called and the lane to go to.

Above the shoe counter, where groups wait with their shoes on.

  • QR poster

At the mall entrance to the alley and on the shoe counter, so a group takes a place and goes for a snack instead of standing at the counter.

Tips

  • Each lane is a desk.

Six lanes are six desks with nobody attached, so the line takes six bookings for the same time and calls a walk-in group to whichever lane comes free.

    How it works →
  • A group takes one place, in one person's name.

One person scans or books for the whole group and picks how long they want the lane. A birthday group books the party lane for today or the next six days, in the organiser's name.

    How it works →
  • Shoes are not a step here.

A step before the game never runs when a group joins from a phone, so the shoe counter is not built in as one. Groups collect shoes while they wait, and their page tells them when their lane is ready.

    How it works →
  • Call the next group from the counter.

The lane counter, with the Run desks ability, runs every lane from Desks you run on the Waitlist, presses Complete when a group's time is up and Call next for the lane. A booked group that has checked in goes where its time places it.

    How it works →
  • Check in the group bookings at the counter.

The organiser presses I am here when they arrive, or the counter checks them in on the Waitlist. Everyone at the counter has the Front desk ability, so the shoe counter staff can check a group in too, as well as add a walk-in group.
