Team

  • Spa manager Manager

Watches the Live Board, checks in a booked guest who has not pressed I am here, moves a late guest to a later slot and records therapists' leave.

  • Massage therapist × 3 Staff

Calls the next guest into a room and ends the session.

  • Skin therapist × 2 Staff

Runs facials and body care in the therapy rooms.

  • Wet area attendant Staff

Calls guests to the steam room and the jacuzzi and cleans between guests.

  • Front desk host × 2 Staff

Adds walk-in guests at the desk and hands out QR slips.

Visits with several steps

  • Ritual, then steam

A couples' ritual is one booking and one token for the pair. When the therapist completes it, the couple go on to the steam room on that same visit, without stopping at reception.

    For Couples' ritual

    1. The service itself
    2. Go to Steam room on Steam and relax

The day

Hours, the TV and the poster

  • Opening hours

Monday to Sunday, 11 am to 9 pm.

Close the spa on the days the building's water or power is off for maintenance, and on public holidays. Guests with a booking on a closed day are listed so you can cancel or keep each one.

  • TV display × 2

The guest's token and the room to go to, in a quiet brand colour.

Behind the reception desk and in the lounge, softly lit, with the spoken call switched off so only the chime sounds.

  • QR poster

On the reception desk and in the hotel lobby, so a guest can open the page and book a time before asking.

Tips

  • Let guests book a slot.

Guests pick a service and a time from your page, up to seven days ahead. A time the rooms are already full for is not offered. On arrival the guest presses I am here, or the spa manager or a front desk host checks them in; with the Front desk ability, the hosts also add walk-ins and book a caller a time.

    How it works →
  • Follow a ritual with steam.

A process sends the couple from the ritual to the steam room when it is completed, so nobody has to walk them back to reception. A booking goes to whichever room is free; if rituals must always be in the suite, give the suite a line of its own.

    How it works →
  • Match the TV to your look.

Paste your brand colour on the display page so the screen looks like part of the spa, not a bank counter.

    How it works →
  • Mark a therapist away.

Record leave on their profile and bookings that need that therapist are listed for you to cancel or keep.

    How it works →
  • Late guest? Mark them running late.

When a guest phones to say they are ten minutes late, record it on their visit. Their place is kept and the room calls the next guest meanwhile.
