The day

Hours, the TV and the poster

  • Opening hours

Tuesday to Sunday, 11 am to 8 pm; Monday closed.

Close on the days the studio restocks or the owner is at a trade show. Clients with a booking on a closed day are listed so you can cancel or keep each one.

  • TV display

The token being called and the table to go to.

On a small screen by the polish wall, where people choose colours while waiting.

  • QR poster

On the glass door and on a card at the polish wall, so someone choosing a shade can join the list first.

Tips

  • Give the long set its own line.

Extensions run for two hours. On their own booking line they stop blocking a client who only wants a polish change.

    How it works →
  • Time each service.

A polish change takes fifteen minutes and a set takes two hours. With real minutes a walk-in's estimate is far closer to the truth.

    How it works →
  • Let a client book the day before.

Extensions and art are booked from your page, so you know on Sunday night what Monday needs. A booked client presses I am here on their phone when they arrive, or a technician, with the Front desk ability, checks them in on the Waitlist, and Call Next skips one that is not.

    How it works →
  • Share your link where clients find you.

Copy your link from Settings and paste it into your own social profiles or a message. A client who opens it sees the menu and can join the walk-in list or book an extension, the same as someone who scanned the poster.
