The day
Hours, the TV and the poster
-
Opening hours
Tuesday to Sunday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm; Monday closed.
Close on the days the groomer is at a pet show or the water is off. Owners with a booking on a closed day are listed so you can cancel or keep each one.
-
TV display
The token being called and where to collect or drop off.
On the reception wall, facing the owners' sofa, away from the barking.
-
QR poster
On the front door and on the reception counter, so an owner can join for a nail clip as they walk in.
Tips
-
Time by size.
A large dog takes ninety minutes and a small one forty-five. Put each size on the menu so a booking shows the right slot. At drop-off the pet's owner presses I am here on their phone, or the receptionist, with the Front desk ability, checks them in on the Waitlist.
How it works → -
Owners see when the pet is ready.
When the groom is completed the visit moves on to pickup, and the owner's page shows when they are called to the pickup counter.
How it works → -
Share a table.
Grooming table 2 also takes nail clips, so a quick walk-in is served between baths.
How it works → -
Close for a pet show.
Add the day to your hours once and nobody can book it or join from their phone.
