The day
Hours, the TV and the poster
-
Opening hours
Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 8 pm; Sunday closed. These are the reception's hours, not the members'.
Add public holidays when the reception is shut as closed days. A visitor who opens the page then sees the place is closed, and nobody can take a place outside the hours.
-
TV display
The token being called and whether to go to Reception or the Community desk.
Beside the reception desk, facing the lounge chairs where visitors wait.
-
QR poster
On the glass door and on the reception counter, so a visitor scans it on the way in and sits down instead of standing at the desk.
Tips
-
Seat and desk booking for members is not supported.
Line Me Up is for people who come to the front desk and wait their turn. It has no seat map, a booking is for one person, at most 12 hours within the day's opening hours, and it cannot repeat each week or run past closing, so members' hot desks and dedicated desks stay in the system you use for them now.
How it works → -
Let a visitor take a place at the door.
A guest scans the poster, picks Meeting a member, and sits down. The receptionist calls them and lets the member know their guest is here. A courier picks Delivery and is not stuck behind a tour.
How it works → -
Book a tour, or walk in for one.
Tours takes walk-ins and bookings for today and the next six days. A booked visitor presses I am here on their phone when they arrive, or the community manager, with the Front desk ability, checks them in on the Waitlist. The receptionist's Front desk ability reaches the lines the Reception desk calls from, so tick Tours for them on Team and they can check a tour in, or book a caller one, as well.
How it works → -
Share the reception desk's calls.
Reception calls from Visitors and Day pass. On a morning full of guests, use Calls from on the Live Board to give Visitors more of the calls, and set it back after the rush.
How it works → -
Take the day-pass payment the way you do now.
Line Me Up takes no payment. The day-pass guest pays at the counter when called, and the receptionist marks the visit done.
