Visits with several steps

  • Counselling, then enrolment

After counselling the counsellor chooses: a family that has decided goes to the Enrolment counter, one that wants to see a class is sent to the Demo class line.

The day

Hours, the TV and the poster

  • Opening hours

Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7:30 pm; Sunday, 10 am to 2 pm.

Close the centre on festival days and during the exam break, and add a Sunday with longer hours when a new batch is about to start.

  • TV display

The token being called and the room to go to.

On the reception wall, where the parents wait with the prospectus.

  • QR poster

On the reception desk and in the batch brochure, so a parent can book a counselling slot from home.

Tips

  • Let parents book counselling for the evening they can come.

Bookings are open for today and the next six days on the Counselling and Demo class lines. Demo class is bookings only; on Counselling, walk-ins still get a place around the booked slots. A booked parent presses I am here on arrival, or the centre head checks them in.

    How it works →
  • Use Choose one after counselling.

The counsellor picks Enrol now or Try a demo class when finishing the visit, and the family is sent to the right line.

    How it works →
  • One room can serve two lines.

Counselling room 2 calls from Counselling and Demo class. When a teacher is not free, pause the desk with a reason and a return time, so families waiting see the delay in their estimate.

    How it works →
  • Mark teachers' days away in advance.

Put the faculty coordinator's leave on their profile, and demo class bookings follow who is in.
