Watches the Live Board at lunch and changes which line a stall window calls from when one backs up.
-
Stall staff × 6 Staff
Call the next token from their stall window and mark it served.
-
Help desk attendant Staff
Adds a customer without a phone and hands them a token slip.
Ticked: Front desk
Visits with several steps
-
Thali and juice together
When the combo counter completes a combo, the visit gets a place in the North Indian line and the juice line at once; each calls the customer in turn, never both together.
For Thali and juice combo
- The service itself
- At the same time
- Go to Thali on North Indian stalls
- Go to Fresh juice on Juice and dessert
The day
Hours, the TV and the poster
-
Opening hours
Every day, 11 am to 10:30 pm.
Add the mall's closed days and any festival late openings as special hours. The screens and the posters keep working; customers see the closure on their page.
-
TV display × 2
The tokens being called, with the stall window to go to, in the court's brand colour.
One screen at the entrance of each floor, hung high above the seating where the whole court can see it.
-
QR poster
On every table stand, on the pillars and at the escalators, so people join a line before they walk to the stall.
Tips
-
One line for each cluster of stalls.
Group stalls that serve the same kind of food into a line, with a window per stall. A customer joins a line, not a stall, so the busiest stall does not get blamed for the wait.
How it works → -
Use a process for combos.
A combo is a service with a process attached. The visit gets a place in both lines at once, and is finished when both have served it.
How it works → -
Give each stall its own sign-in.
A staff member signs in on a phone at the window, calls the next token and marks it served. Managers move a customer to another line from the Waitlist.
How it works → -
Use a manager for the floor.
Managers see the whole board and the waits for every line. Stall staff see only the windows they work.
How it works → -
Brand the screens.
Pair a screen for each floor and set the court's colour on its page. Rename a screen or change its page on Displays, and the TV follows within seconds.
