Adds a token at the till for each customer and calls it from the Pickup window when it is ready.

    Ticked: Front desk

The day

Hours, the TV and the poster

  • Opening hours

Monday to Saturday, 7:30 am to 9 pm; Sunday, 9 am to 6 pm.

Add the days you shut for stocktaking as closed days, and set shorter special hours for a festival evening.

  • TV display

The token being called and the window to go to, in a large type.

Behind the till at the end of the counter, where people waiting by the door can read it.

  • QR poster

On the counter and on the window glass, so a customer can take a token from their phone while the barista is still making the previous one.

Tips

  • Add the token at the till.

Give the counter staff the Front desk ability. They add a customer who has no phone, and the QR slip they hand over lets them follow the token from the table.

    How it works →
  • Show the token, not the name.

The TV shows a token and a window, never a name, so a barista never has to call out over the grinder.

    How it works →
  • Two desks, one line.

The window and the bar both call from the same line. Whoever is free taps Call Next and the oldest token is called first.

    How it works →
  • Read the morning rush in Insights.

Insights shows which hours fill. Move your second barista's start earlier where the wait is longest.
