Honest answers about LineUp — what's shipped, what's in pilot, and what's still ahead.
Yes — LineUp is in production-grade pilot. The four-app platform (Business Dashboard, Consumer Web, Consumer Mobile, Support Console) is live. We're working hands-on with founding customers to refine the experience before our general launch.
Pilot customers get hands-on onboarding directly from the founders, Pro tier free for the first year, locked-in pricing thereafter, and a real say in what we build next. In exchange we ask for honest feedback as you use the product.
Most pilot customers are up and running in a single working session with us. We model your lines, stations, and tags together so your team can start using LineUp the same week.
Yes. Pilot terms don't lock you in. If LineUp isn't working for you, we'd rather hear why and fix it — but you're free to leave at any time and take your data with you.
We've designed LineUp for six service-business categories from day one: Healthcare, Personal Care, Food & Hospitality, Automotive, Public Services, and Professional Services. The four building blocks — Line, Job, Station, Tag — generalize beyond these. If your business has a queue, we'd love to talk. See all six industries →
Yes — that's a core design choice. A line can be walk-in-only, appointment-only, or hybrid. In hybrid mode, LineUp interleaves walk-ins around your scheduled bookings by rule (e.g., appointment-first with intelligent walk-in slots).
No. The Consumer Web app works in any modern browser — your customers can scan a QR at the door or visit a link to join your queue. The native iOS/Android apps are optional and roll out alongside our pilot.
Yes. A station can be linked to one staff member (e.g., "Dr. Smith"), or be a shared resource (e.g., "Counter 3") with whoever is on duty taking calls.
Today: full REST API, webhooks, SMS/email notifications. In flight: deeper EHR (healthcare), POS (restaurants), and CRM integrations — pilot customers help us prioritize which.
Founding pilot customers get Pro free for the first year. After that, you keep pilot pricing for as long as you stay a customer.
Likely yes — new customers post-launch will pay our standard rates. But pilot customers keep their founding pricing. That's the whole point of being early.
No. Pilot applications are conversation-first. We don't take payment details until you decide LineUp is right for your business.
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access is role + tag based. We run on AWS with audit logging and 24/7 monitoring. SOC 2 and ISO 27001 are on our certification roadmap. See our full security stance →
LineUp is designed for HIPAA workflows, and a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is available for healthcare pilot customers on the Enterprise tier. Talk to us about your specific compliance posture and we'll walk through it together.
LineUp is designed for GDPR compliance — data subject rights, encrypted storage, deletion workflows, configurable retention, and data residency controls for Enterprise customers.
Yes. You can export your data in standard formats at any time, and we'll permanently delete it on request within 90 days of account closure (or sooner where legally required).
A small founding team led by Stalin Pereira (CEO/CTO), Naveen R (Product & Marketing), and Jude Sebastian Xavier (Engineering). We're software architects who lived the pain of bad queues and built the tool we wished existed. Read our story →
Direct line to the founders. Every pilot customer gets a private channel for support, feature requests, and bug reports — and we read it daily.
